We are a small family restaurant run by husband and wife team, Nathan and Evi, serving modern European food. Our ethos is to present delicious dishes made with seasonal ingredients, cooked simply but with passion and served in a natural environment with an emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.
Nathan has twenty years experience as a chef with a ‘Michelin’ background and has cooked in the finest restaurants and luxury hotels. He uses locally sourced produce and adds a modern twist to his menu.
Evi has spent her entire career in hospitality. With her warm welcome, friendly and professional service, she is the perfect host.
We are both very excited to present our vision to you and look forward to welcoming you to our restaurant.
My menus are created with the best local ingredients and using farmer’s markets. I gain inspiration to develop these dishes by keeping up to date with the latest trends and developing them to suit my personal style.
We regularly dine in fine restaurants ourselves to gain further knowledge in order to improve and ‘tweak’ what we are offering you.
We also travel to Europe, especially to Hungary where Evi’s home ties
give further inspiration to our dishes.
